A trend I'm loving at the moment is colour popping.
I always have, and alway will be, a devoted neutral minimalist. I prefer my outfits Jil Sander style with sharp cut edges and fantastically simple. I pretty much live in blacks, whites and greys, occasionally spruced up with a swipe of red lipstick or a striking scarf.
This spring/summer, I've been inspired by the likes of Emily Schuman (Cupcakes and Cashmere), Ashley Olsen in tangerine and pops of bright red. Hopefully my wardrobe will start to contain a few morning daring pieces in firey pinks and yellows. BUT all following the strict minimalist code. Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, after all...
