- Friday night Poldark catch up - Saturday morning errands in The Range and Halfords - (One too many) evening drinks and dinner at The Spice with Max, Luca, Pete, Joe, Rhys and Neil - Sunday morning up at 7.26 for my 35 mile bike ride - Torterous hills and an ache in my bum that hasn't subsided, but snacks on the roadside, selfies in fields and an amazing finish line of friends and work family - a dip in the hot tub and massaging my legs - Steak and fish cakes for dinner - Devil's Knot bank holiday Monday morning - jobs round the house and relaxing -
